BAGRAM AIRFIELD, Afghanistan – Korean Vocational Training Center student, Abdul Mauau, completes a practical exercise during his welding class at the KVTC here. Mauau is from Parwan Province and had no experience with welding before he enrolled into the KVTC nine months ago.
